The pots are very stable.  We have not had an instance of the setting changing thru vibration.
So rest assured!  Once you set it - it is set!  
It never hurts to check you bias though - perhaps every couple months - tubes change as they age so from time to time you may need to tweak it.
I tend to check mine about every 6 months or so.
