Thank you very much for the imformatative video on biasing. I have never been ambitious enough to check my bias. Especially since I have changed tubes. I will be checking my bias on my Slant 6V when I get home tonight.

    Thank you again.

I have not yet checked the bias on mt Merc.
I will this afternoon now that you’ve shown us how it’s done.

    Hello Fellows
I am happy you found it useful!
I forgot to mention the Raleigh gets Biased to 30 mv (or 0.03V).
The Tech bias video should be up in a few days!

How sensitive is the bias pot on your amps to vibrations etc. Let’s say when I haul the amp arount to gigs in the car, vibrations from the floor on stage etc. Thanks

    Hello Gianni:
The pots are very stable. We have not had an instance of the setting changing thru vibration.
So rest assured! Once you set it – it is set!
It never hurts to check you bias though – perhaps every couple months – tubes change as they age so from time to time you may need to tweak it.
I tend to check mine about every 6 months or so.
    Best
    Steve
